Miscellaneous Charges Tariff

This Page gives details about the optional and miscellaneous charges which may result from deciding to Hire a Vehicle from us.
If in doubt as to whether any of these charges are relevant to your hire, please telephone so that we can give you an all inclusive bottom line price.

• The listed hire charges on main vehicle web pages are for drivers who meet the required conditions for Insurance. Additional Insurance costs or Increase Damage Excess may be required on a individual basis.
• If you do not have either part of your Driver Licence available, we can telephone the DVLA in your presence. They will validate your identity and allow us to obtain relevant details. The charge for this is £5.00 per telephone call.
• We can take young drivers at 21 or 22 years old providing they meet the Young Driver Insurance requirements. The additional charge for this is £10.00 irrespective of the length of the hire period.
• There is a travelled mileage limit of 200 miles per day. Above that we surcharge at £0.20 per excess mile travelled.
• Delivery and Pick-up of vehicles is available at our discretion and is free locally -- however "at cost charges" may be required if out of the local area.
• A second driver may be added to the Rental free of charge, however subsequent drivers may be charged at £10.00 irrespective of the length of the hire period.
• Vehicles which are returned excessively dirty internal or external may incur a cleaning surcharge of up-to a maximum of £50.00 cost.
• All vehicles are NON SMOKING and we do not allow Pets to be carried loose inside the vehicle without prior agreement.
